Oh I thought you were inquiring about people that have rentals for another reason. Mine is currently under contract with a good tenant. I lived there for 6 years while going to ASU and working locally after, and rented it to @BingerFang and other friends at ASU after I moved out of state. It was a great house for college kids. Fun town to live in. Two of my friends who lived there did the ASU flight program as well. They had jobs out of school but it is pretty rough going now. Both lost thier pilot jobs and are doing other things now. Hopefully the industry turns around before he graduates.
