This is a 10 owner boat. I own 2 shares, you’ll always have the 4th of July with these back shares. 2020 dates are 07/02-07/21, that’s 20 days. 2020 non prime dates are 10/07-10/20, 14 days. 2021 dates are 07/01-07/20, non prime are 10/06-10/13. You can take the boat for the whole trip or set the amount of days that work best for you. This is a 75x16, 5 staterooms, 2 baths with showers and 1 bathroom on the top deck. It has 2 full kitchens, one inside on the bottom deck and one on the top deck. The top deck bathroom and kitchen were added 2018. The boat holds 780 gallons of fuel the you pay shore price for. It has 2 pumps for filling the boats and watercraft. 15kw generator and a 5 ton AC system. Let me know what question you have.

How does Maintence /repairs /remodel work with these. Does it get split evenly amongst the Owners of timeshare or is that all lumped in with the timeshare cost?

It gets split evenly between the shares, this is a 10 share boat, only the owners can use the boat. The 2 shares maintenance fees are $6,400.00 a year. That covers the direct tv, xm, tracking, storage, maintenance on the engines, drives and generator plus some upgrades. In 2018 we did the top kitchen redid the roof, added the bathroom and all new appliances for the downstairs kitchen. We did all new couches and furniture last year so it’s all new now.

Is it stored in the water or hauled out after every use?

It's pulled out after each use and stored on land. The turn around fee for towing it to the lake and back to the yard the cleaning dumping the blackwater tanks and fueling is $1,800.00 a trip. the good thing is you save on the fuel because you pay street price for 780 gallons. You only pay for what you use. It saves you about $1.50-$2.25 a gallon. The trip averages about $130.00 a day per adult and we lump kids together. That's with the fuel, food, booze, the maintenance on my 2 wave runners. I'm lazy to we have the food delivered to the boat by Caiptains & Crew, I have the management company load and unload my wave runners and everything from my storage I keep there and it's lots, a smoker, paddle boards, water toys anchors and more. We also have them put premium fuel in one of the tanks. I'm sure people get the prices down per day but I'm there to have fun.

I like the idea of having it stored on land. I must be better for hull and outdrives than to have it sitting in the water all year long. Plus its a lot easier to load your stuff on land instead of hauling up and down those ramps.

Sounds like a good deal.

Yes, it’s a lot easier to pull up to it and load your stuff and unload. It’s in Page AZ, so you launch out of Wahwea, Lake Powell is outstanding if you haven’t gone. You have about 1,800 miles of shoreline to explore.
