So I am spending more time with the team and I had a ton of fun doing this years ago.. so I decided to go back out on the road and start looking at what available on the market, what does it cost in modern times, what I like and don’t like etc..

I can tell you things have changed everywhere not just in pricing but how things are done because things are selling so fast. Used to be you’d just jump in the car and got hit the lock boxes.. now you have to set an appointment for everything as I just learned this am. Lol

Anyhow back in the truck with Amber today and we are gonna go look at some houses.. 🤪

Many of you know Amber well as she’s the one that was in the store front For the last few years.. She’s an absolute power house when it comes to working.

these ranch houses are perfect for a RV garage addition...the problem is they have priced out of the market... I've been on the hunt for one like this, but it would have to be bought for 250k or less...

i dont understand this either ?

i would think this would be the top of the list for selling points

this and possibilities for additional storage or RV garage additiions


or possibly they want people to inquire to get them to call ?

So whats the deal with everything having textured walls? Do people like giving the scorpions the ability to get vertical? I'd sand that crap off in a heartbeat. Inside and out. Outside it just collects all the dirt that blows around.

Also, can someone explain why living at a lake makes having a pool a requirement at a house? Whats wrong with the lake? At least you dont smell like a toilet tablet when get out of the lake. No pool for me.

because it’s hot as balls outside.. lol. You don’t want to drive to the lake every time you want to cool off.. For most the pool isn’t an option.

I can’t say I have seen smooth exterior? I have seen smooth interior walls but that is kind of a Cuban look? And from what I understand it’s crazy expensive?
Can you post some examples of what you are talking about?

I can't imagine not having a pool at our Havasu house. Even just having some water to look at when it's 110+ outside. I would rather sit by a pool than some gravel and cactus in the backyard.
