So I am spending more time with the team and I had a ton of fun doing this years ago.. so I decided to go back out on the road and start looking at what available on the market, what does it cost in modern times, what I like and don’t like etc..

I can tell you things have changed everywhere not just in pricing but how things are done because things are selling so fast. Used to be you’d just jump in the car and got hit the lock boxes.. now you have to set an appointment for everything as I just learned this am. Lol

Anyhow back in the truck with Amber today and we are gonna go look at some houses.. 🤪

Many of you know Amber well as she’s the one that was in the store front For the last few years.. She’s an absolute power house when it comes to working.

The one thing that rarely is mentioned in house listings is the depth of the garage. A lot will say boat deep or parking for all your toys lol.

First one was around 27’ if I had to guess.

Second one claims 32’.

bith had eight foot doors.

Wait till you guys hear the story on the next one we couldn’t get in. 😳🤪

So we went to the next house which actually look kind of cool from the pictures. And there’s some dude with a black hoodie with a hood up kind of walking around suspiciously in the cul-de-sac. Looking like he’s going house to house trying to open the front doors. He ends up at this house two houses away from us and sees me watching him abd starts “hiding” behind this pillar in front of the house.. 😳👀

Finally after like five minutes of this I call the cops.. cops show up, dude is gone.

they knock on the door and out comes this kid in the hoodie with his.. maybe mom? Wtf?

Anyhow to finish up the story as to why we couldn’t get in to the house the lockbox wasn’t associated with the address of the house so you can open it. Then the real estate agent starts calling Amber and asking her to go get the keys from their office and put them in the lockbox.. not someone else in their office is gonna bring them.. lol. Can you go get them and open it up and put the keys in the lock box.. ??

That’s the work ethic of a lot of shops out here.. needless to say we are pressing on..

The new Team RDP slogan…. Hottest realtors in Havasu!

lol there are some pretty smoking hot realtors in this town. That said I’d say we have one of the most professional groups that actually has a work ethic, and “ethics”. (Which is another big thing). They are actually working for their clients and not just throwing shit on the mls and hoping to put together commissions.

Our day got a little interesting when we couldn’t access 791 Churchill Bay due to a shoddy lockbox. Dave decided to be neighborhood watch and we got a little excitement in. Cops get here QUICK in havasu folks, within 2 minutes to be exact. Thank you LHCPD for the fast response. Hoodies in the summer should be illegal 🤣

906 McCulloch Blvd S. sits on one of the main veins of Havasu, close to shops, restaurants and downtown launch ramps. This one was hard to wrap my head around for $529k when we pulled up, but as soon as we walked in the front door you could see the pride of ownership throughout.
The backyard and Casita is where it's at guys! Featuring a sparkling pool with privacy and a 663 Sq. Ft. fully functioning Casita that could totally second as a "tiny home". For those new to the term, Havasu is building these like crazy. Up to 800 sq. ft. homes are selling for up to 400k. This one makes sense when you take into consideration you've got TWO fully functioning homes and a backyard oasis. What your thoughts on the idea of a tiny home? Does the idea of a tiny footprint sound like something you would be interested in?

My dad paid 375 for a 4/3 pool home with a 50’ rv boat deep garage on a corner lot. In 2016. 5 years sure does a lot. That house today would be worth 700+

I sure as hell didn’t get a 50% increase in salary lol

still 500k for a entry level vacation home. Wow!!!

2016 is so like “ 1985 “ when it comes this house market. Who knows if prices will ever get back down to a reasonable“ average Joe “ Price.

storage units are $150,000.00

Day 2 of the tour starts with what I call the never ending house! 4 beds 5 bathrooms and a ton of space in between. This house branches off in 3 different directions leading to more space everywhere you look! Rv garage is 54’ deep, but it’s the only garage available. This home would be perfect for a large family getaway or as an investment home for large groups visiting the lake.

Walk the house before the vid so you don't almost wrap yourself up into a closet rod, jack n jill refers to a pass thru shared situation, and hold the phone upright not sideways!! That house is really awesome for sure BTW 👏

I really like this house guys! I see this being perfect for a bachelor stopping into town a few times a month or an old couple with a cherried out 2012 Camry with 12k original miles on it. Are you either? Call me today

Unfortunately not deep enough for a boat.. it is however big enough for jet skis and a Camry.. :).

Honestly I like this house for the price in today’s market. It will sell pretty quickly. No opportunity for a pool though is a bit of a draw back.
