There was one of those hanging on the back of a 24' ish something a few years back for sale....don't know what ever happened to it. Neat idea.

I don't know if MTT is tied in with the setup I read about. The guys that made the Y2K turbine motorcycles were working on an outboard setup 10-15 years ago. Seems like it would be fun, I'd run it!

too bad the 2speed never got put into production!I remember the testing well at Lake X around mid/late 90s.They used Mirage identical to mine and Boat ran 137mph on mixture of pump/Av gas ALL Motor. the X dimension was so high they engineered the cooling pickups in the skeg.ZERO crabbing or prop torque as the counterrotating props cancelled that out similar to Blackhawk drive

Yup, Ted McIntyre and MTT did both.
