well let me explain,... if I can.... lets say in the begining,... the vote is tied at 10 mil each.... and lets say they switched 2mil of trumps votes to biden... biden had 10 ml..... now add the 2 mil from trumps votes.... biden now has 12 mil.... trump had 10mil, now only has 8 mil... So by taking 2 mil from trump.... he is now 4 mil behind... biden 12, trump 8 .... so 2 mil X 2 mil = 4 mil so In the real election, the final,... trump really had 95 mil and biden had 60 mil.... now take 20 mi away from trump.... leaving 75 mil, and add 20 to bidens 60, now biden has 80 mil.... making the election,... trump 75 , biden 80
