How do i test this ballast

How do i test this ballast for a 4 pin bulb. Output is 2 blue wires and 2 red wire to a 4 pin socket. I will be using a multimeter

All the info you seek is in that link. The way I test them, starting about 10 years ago...is to throw the whole fucking thing in the trash and install an LED fixture. Works better.

I usually just buy a whole new fixture and throw the old one away. Sometimes the ballast cost a lot more. Next move will be swapping to LED.

Antiquated technology.
cheaper to replace with LED if the ballast is bad.

Its for a uvc light. It has been sitting on the shelf for a few years. Bulbs are not cheap so want to know if it works
