Yep, over the years I’ve had several young plants killed by the rabbits.😡

Quail are really thick this year. Have to try and get a pic of my shop cat rolling in the dirt surrounded by 10 to 25 quail.

Its 101 now here in Vail AZ, we got some rabbits here as big as dogs.
Haven't seen any dead, but coyotes are well fed here.

Quail are doing outstanding this year, I have anywhere from 60 to 80 in my mesquite tree every night. Still seeing a lot of smaller hatchlings/teenagers.😎

It was a bit warm today the quail were congregating around my sprinklers waiting for them to turn on when I got back from my dog walk.😂

I put a coffee cup in the ground under the condensate drain off the A/C for the small animals. I'd peek around the corner of the house every now and then to see what's going on. Pretty funny what ya see.

When I left work Monday afternoon in my work truck the nav screen said it was 114. The temp gauge was at above normal and the cooling fans were on , full tilt. It was about 95 in Bellevue WA, when I got home in Mill-creek WA it was about 94 on our thermometers.

Not a good week for wildlife at my house. Wondered why the pool sweep wasn’t working.😂

I just got back from driving a Penske moving truck from Yucaipa to Durango and back with no AC. Left Friday afternoon at 2pm hit needles around 5pm it was 119 degrees. Left Durango around 4pm Saturday hit needles at around 1am it was 102 degrees. Got home around 5:30 am.
I’m still beat. Hopefully my buddy gets a discount on his rental because of the no ac deal.
