For the exterminator to come maintain your house? How often do they come out? Are you happy with their service? Who is it??

Every other month, $85 each time. But they will also come out unlimited times if I feel it is necessary for no additional cost.

I will say this, I fought these damn ants/bugs for years and ever since I got the service 6 years ago I haven't seen a single ant.

Charges 60 bucks every time he comes out for spraying inside and outside.

He comes more frequently in the summer, every 30 days or so, and less frequently in the winter.

I spend $36 every two months and haven’t seen a bug in the house, since I started doing it myself. When I used to pay for someone to come out it was $60 a month and I think they placed more bugs so they could come back more. Tried a few different companies with the same results. I’m sure the are some legit companies out there, good luck.

I use Rid-X. $90 every 3 months and will come out anytime there’s a need in between. Couldn’t be happier with the service and much better than doing it yourself.

Past couple of years I have had a lot of moths in the house. Sprayed bug bombed etc. they keep coming back. Maybe I will look into a service. I don’t have spiders or ants though.

Damn I’m paying $90 a month for AZ pest but that includes multiple rat bait stations. They spray the perimeter and put down granules as well. Lots of rodents and pests down here in the low latitudes
