The joy of integrated LED lighting. You’re gonna have to replace the entire fixture. I try to stick to fixtures with bulbs. Integrated stuff is a crapshoot. The Atl hotel I usually stay at replaced all their hall fixtures with integrated stuff. Hope they bought enough back-ups.

Looks like there is a connector at the led light part. Disconnect it pull the driver and order a new one. Probably cheaper to get a new fixture.

You can use an appliance bulb in the opener / just stuck with a 40w max i think

This is probably it. We had a power surge after a brownout on a warehouse. Blew out about a third of the drivers on recent LED upgrade.
