So in addition to my golf cart build which is nearing completion but not quite done, I decided to start on one of my small boats.
A friend of mine gave me this boat about a year ago in exchange for resealing a bravo3 for him. It literally cost me the price of a seal kit and a few hours labor but the engine had a knock in it.
As luck had it, I had a boat come in a couple months later with a near identical engine with a cracked engine block but a good rotating assembly where the owner elected for a new engine. I paid the core penalty to keep the engine and as of tonight am in the process of marrying the 2 engines together to make a functional boat out of it. We shall she how it goes as I'm rolling some dice on the success of the marriage.
