My DSL went out a few weeks back and I broke down and called customer support. I got somebody with no vowels in their name and the first thing they ask is if the power cord to the modem is plugged into an electrical outlet. Holy shit. They are probably running off gerbil powered generators and he's asking me if my modem is plugged in. :D :D

Yeah because this is important. Maybe all of Canada is not grounded. :confused:

Companies that think just having someone in the tech dept to talk to makes them king. Even if the person is reading from a script, with the name of Mary, who can't even pronounce a vowel.
