I'm 47 (going on 48 in just over a week) and not a fan of big cruisers. Cigarette all day long.

Cruiser for a spill free champagne cruise.... And whatever is holding those 350s for other activities. 😁
The tiger? Meh, those colors don't do it justice, at least for me they don't.

Wishing him well health-wise too. Interesting to see others beside myself reminisce of days gone by as we age. Just as Interesting to hear the youngin's responses because some sound just like many of us did when we were that age.
My mind says 30, my body aches say different 🥴

That doesn't sound like a problem to me, more of a reality of a speed demon! It's all in the perception. 🤣

43 Cigarette of course. Went through a stage a couple years ago I would have taken the cruiser, but then I grew up and remembered who I was.

Just an odd addition to the thought process, I think whichever one I could trailer. I want something with a head and a berth, and the ability to hit different bodies of water.
And if I could afford the boat, an equally sized tow rig wouldn't be an issue.

48, and I'd go with the cruiser. But not if I had to give up my current hot rod.

Lol, yup. I had a lowered and caged roadrace car from highschool until I couldn't "manage" to get a smog certificate. Then drove several sporty bmw's that didn't ride much higher.....all with a bad knee or knees.

I’m almost 58 and I’d take the hot rod ride 🤙🏼 However, my wife would step-in and I’d end up with the cruiser for the whole family to enjoy 🤔😁

Just turned 40 the day before McRib's birthday in July. I'd run the cruiser. But I'll probably keep my 21 MTR till the day I die.

I just had the pleasure of working on a 2017 Four Winns 27 Vista. It had all the amenities of a larger cruiser and was still very trailerable. The guy who owned it bought it in FL and trailered it home to TX hitting about 7 lakes on the way. Powered by a single LS based Merc 6.2 with a bravo3. It drove and trailered really nice

Important thing to remember about those larger cruisers is the bigger the boat, the more things you have on board that like to break. That being said, I grew an appreciation for them when I moved to TX. I've always loved a good powerboat tho

Just a quick show of hands it seems like the average age is 50....times have changed, I felt like on HotBoat it was 30 years old or so.

Good you can laugh about that RD, laughter is the best medicine!

Not sure exactly how, but I jacked my back up, during or after my trip out in February to the Parker race.

So now, at 63, I'm thinking just one of those Mercs hanging off the back of a nice Bass boat!
