Crap, I never think of west marine. The bezel shown are a pic from Craigslist, the 26 Daytona listed with flamesNot sure about the anodized washer but the other parts you mentioned are all available at West Marine.
Ya, I was hoping to find the bezel the white cap could fit down into, couple of my side panel holes are worried out, and they need a bigger washer. I might go by eliminator and see if they have them.View attachment 754318
Funny you bring this up. I brought these home from my boat this weekend and are trying to find them as well. I did find these on Eddie marine website and was going to head over on my lunch today to see what they look like in person View attachment 754320 View attachment 754321

This might be an optionThe washers alone shouldn’t be all that hard, and then the screw and cap shouldn’t alone either. Try searching separately.
What’s the od on the washer? I did all raw stainless washers with stainless 12 screws then just polished them all to a mirror shine when i got fed up chasing the plastic caps.

I bought from this guy on eBay. Message him with exactly how many you need he will make you an auction. They are great quality and real stainless vs the stamped China shit. This might be an option
