We all know the saying, "Never let a good crisis go to waste". The verdict of the trial, regardless of the outcome, will cause riots in the streets. How bad? How widespread? Just the death of a career criminal on drugs set things ablaze last summer.

Now, these fools have been emboldened. They have been allowed to break laws for a year now. LE has been forced to stand down, and be attacked repeatedly. Businesses continue to be harassed, some still burn.

Now, the "What If". This administration has consistently done things Trump didn't or wouldn't. This administration is on a warpath against those that backed Trump, and also the Second Ammendment. What if this current administration were to declare Martial Law?

Overnight anyone who opposes them would be deemed an enemy of the state. Evil stuff, right out of the socialist playbook from the 30's.

Flipped on the TV over coffee this am (my 1st mistake) I'm completely blown away by all the 'Theatrics'.
I'd be embarrassed to be involved working in any form of media.
Sad & Scary.

That’s the nature of closing arguments. What has he said that you think isn’t true?

Do you think soros pays them per riot or per fire or is it just standard monthly compensation?

Soros pays to install the overseers of it all.
AG’s, Mayors, Governors etc.
He also funds an array of PAC’s that trickle down funds to his web of street level disrupters.
He doesn’t dictate the methods, he pays for results.
Those with the best results get more money.
They then buy mansions in LA.

No not at all, lawbreakers are lawbreakers. Remember, I'm for big well-funded government. They should be dealt with just like the capitol rioters should have been met with whatever force necessary to protect the grounds and those in it.

Have you mentioned this to your radical socialist friends because it does not appear to be a universal thought ideology.

All the time. My socialist friends think I'm a bad democrat and and my conservative friends think the same thing.

Like many law enforcement officers Mr. Brodd decided that he was not ready to stop working after retirement and so he saw an opportunity to become an expert witness and quickly became one of the go to people in the nation for use of force incidents.

He has testified for both sides of the aisle as recently witnessed by a verdict in Hawaii which favored the plaintiff against an agency in Hawaii.

This past week our local paper ran a story highlighting Mr. Brodd as being a witness for the defense which I'm sure helped put a target upon his back. To make matters worse the current Police Chief of the agency Mr. Brodd retired from made a formal statement stating that his agency did not agree with Mr. Brodd's assessment of the use of force that was used in the George Floyd incident.

Over the weekend a group of individuals vandalized the former home of Mr. Brodd leaving a severed pigs head as well as throwing blood on the home of the current occupant. Mr. Brodd moved out of state some time ago.

Florida

Gov. DeSantis Signs Florida's ‘Anti-Riot' Bill Into Law
"It is the strongest anti-rioting, pro-law enforcement piece of legislation in the country," DeSantis said
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a new bill into law Monday that aims to crack down on violent protests in the state.
Under the law, penalties will be enhanced for crimes committed during a riot or violent protest. It allows authorities to hold arrested protesters until a first court appearance. And it establishes new felonies for organizing or participating in a violent demonstration.

It also strips local governments of civil liability protections if they interfere with law enforcement’s efforts to respond to a violent protest and add language to state law that could force local governments to justify a reduction in law enforcement budgets.

(in other words, if a city instructs their police force to "stand down" and allow riots to continue, the CITY can be held liable for the damages to private property. 👍 👍 )

DeSantis on Monday called efforts to defund police "an insane theory." "It's not going to be allowed to ever carry the day in the state of Florida," the governor said.

The law will also make it a second-degree felony to destroy or demolish a memorial, plaque, flag, painting, structure or other object that commemorates historical people or events. That would be punishable by up to 10 years in prison.

But you think the Chicago Cop that shot a 13 year old .8 seconds after he threw a pistol should be charged with a crime?

No. And you never heard/read me make that declaration.

I was just talking about how a local news channel is attempting to report on the case using 'Theatrics' . . . I was not speaking of anything going on in the courtroom.
It's pathetic, like they're a fucking Wild West Traveling Medicine Man Show. . . "Lady's and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls ,today is the big day you've all been waiting for . . . step right up and witness the most spectacular event in modern times" . . . . . Fucking Lame.

The local news reported this morning that Beverly Hills has already started to batten down the hatches. Store owners are already starting to board up doors and windows.

I didn't see any random pallets of bricks strategically placed anywhere during the report.

. . . agreed @HB2Havasu . . . . . what is such a shame is that if he is convicted to the 'Highest Charge(s)' . . . the attitude will be, "See, we told you he was guilty, they just confirmed-it, let's go burn this mother f'er down". . . . . and if he gets convicted on 'Minimum Charges' , the attitude will be, "Ohhh hell nawwwww, burn this mother f'er down"!
And given the fact they've had a year to practice their pyro-skills , and have been empowered by lack of any prosecution . . . well , IMO, things don't look good.

I predict not a single thing is burned, broken, looted, or destroyed in Havasu.
I further predict that any and all damage and injuries are incurred in liberal controlled shit hole cities.

You can’t say “monkey” to them.
It’s like when I said “spook” meaning a clandestine agent.

It triggers their racism responses

Listening to these "protestors/instigators" sounds just like the screeching monkeys make in CR when you throw something at them....bad comparison?

I don't even want to think about being like minded with you or any of your side. No way, no how. Why do you think I want to have a community that thinks all the same. BTW, sold ALL your fossil fueled engines yet hypocrite?? How many grand parents you throw out of their house today so far? And what about those taxes you try to avoid on boat ownership??? Hypocrite much????

“Told my girl I had to forget her...rather buy me a new carburetor.
So she made tracks saying this is the end now...card don’t talk back, they’re just four wheeled friends now...”

Defense asked for a mistrial because of Maxine Waters incitement over the weekend. Judge refused but said they may have grounds for appeal.
