Pretty scary when it finally detonates albeit pretty fun to see! I have seen this truck online before and it's just incredible. I had friend that ran some of their stuff on his older Dodge. He made about 1300Ft Lbs and like 900hp reliably; which just doesn't seem possible, but he used it everyday as a daily driver and towed some huge shit with it. He said he surprised quite a few hot cars on the freeway! 😆

Have a great week everyone. Thanks for looking.

That can't be right. It is probably just burning out the whole way. My buddy's truck ran in the 10s all day long with only a third of the HP.

It is not easy to get these trucks to get the power to the track. Especially as a 4 wheel drive and that heavy. The trans tuning and suspension especially.

Well, it's a VIN, but not about the drag racing part. I did read that it had a 48RE trans in it (stock in a 03-06 Ram, maybe longer), and it seemed like he was fighting getting it to shift on at least one run, and looks like it went right into high gear on at least one of the others.

How do they get these things to make boost without a load? My turbo is pretty useless until I can get enough load on the engine to hit 11 psi. Then it shoots straight to 40 psi

I promise you can lol. You do it with tuning and some use nitrous. The better compound setups can spool pretty good. Also trans brakes etc.

One day I'd like to do a compound setup. But not many people tuning the 03 dodges anymore

I've got a killer bee and it does great. Just takes a while to build 11 psi. Towing my boat , spools pretty quick on my sport tune but egts out the ass

Compounds are the only way to go. the best of both worlds. I haven't tried triples yet though..

That was old news last week. Supposedly that’s $100,000 motor owner said.
