I've followed this guy for a while - he's a doctor of nursing in the Northern UK. He posts editorial free (unlike the MSM) summaries of what Covid-19 is doing around the world.
This is quite a long video (30 mins) and in it, he's reviewed and summarized solid studies (and provided links to every one of them, including the University of AZ) which show a possible way for many people to reduce the chance of a Covid infection getting really serious.

It's been stated by every expert that herd immunity is the only way out from this pandemic. . For this to happen, 40-70% of the public needs to either GET and recover from Covid19 so they develop anti-bodies OR get vaccinated. I certainly will not be taking a vaccine that is not fully tested --- and this is expected to take at LEAST a year.

So - if you're going to get Covid19 sooner or later (which I think MANY MANY people will) what's the harm in taking some extra vitamin D, now?

Discuss.

Could also consider Nanosilver compounds, high dose zinc and Vitamin C.
