yup they pulled a Sams beachcomber ......over $1000 for space rent now....was told it was $560

My pad is directly above this place in crazy horse. I dont believe that place has sewer, so you rely on the pooper truck for septic. And space rent i just undet 900 a month on that unit i beleive. And yes its very jed clampet built.

That place was on VRBO, I was thinking about renting it last Oct, ended up at Sam's. Thinking the rent increase makes it not as profitable, if it's still for sale in 6 months, I'm guessing 25k might stop the bleeding for the owner. I think some of the high rent trailer parks will see some price drops if the downturn is ugly. Hopefully not, places were selling for 30k a few years ago now bringing 150-200k. Crazy for a mid 80's mobile. JMHO
