Here is a chance to buy a custom one of a kind home way below cost. $400K to buy the lot and build. Investor just wants to pay off the constuction loan and the sales cost and will walk from his 90K investment.

This home was built in 2007 has 1850 Sq.Ft. the garage is 2 double car wide and the boat bays are 25 x 36 with 9' tall doors (2 good size boats will fit in here).

Level lot that is 70 x 170 large front and back yard. Located on a cul-de-sac street.

Investor says" let's do a short sale at $250K!

So how much is this thing?

Oops, My Bad:fsakes

It's listed at 345K OBO, He's basically looking to pay off the constuction loan and escrow fees and get out from under the payments. This house is beautiful, and every popular option has been included.

Not sure.

It was included in the whole house (Not an extra). Home depot sells the glass blocks if you are a do-it-your-self kind of guy. Otherwise I would use Rug hut, They would be happy to quote you.
