The offer applies to any business with revenue ranging from $5 million to $200 million, said Joe Vranich, the firm’s president and a frequent critic of California’s business environment. He has been tracking corporate migration away from California for years.

“California is our No. 1 target because the irresponsibility of California’s politicians has reached new levels,” he said. This year, California is considering raising business taxes and enacting legislation that will increase labor and litigation costs.

“People who do good work deserve a bouquet instead of a brick,” Vranich said about the difference between Texas and California. “The whole economic apparatus in the state of Texas is top-notch.”

When you can purchase 3 adjacent city lots, zoned commercial, all utilities, For 25K. OWC.
I'd say that's not a bad start.

Google maps/earth, sat view, 12th and West, Levelland Tx. Sat View, shows the 2 lots spun. 3rd lot, East lot, has a Tenant owned income producing MH.

Property now has 2 additional MHs, and is the proud home of the
Little/ Vance Puppy Ranch.

Great marketing scheme by Spectrum Location Services 👍👍👍
They make money because "The Company" who's considering moving pays Spectrum for their re-location service. Then Spectrum makes addition monies hooking "The Company" up with their private equities investors who offer various relocation incentives. Buying your company outright, buying shares, or purchasing a building in a more business friendly state and leasing it to your company.
This reads as an act of benevolence, or a FU to CA, Jersey, Illinois, but in truth, just smart business promotion.

Chuckle. West Coast storms coming off the Pacific pack some wind, rain, and snow. Not enough Rain, and Snow. It's been a few dry years in West Texas, but even this year floods stripped miles of asphalt roadway.

In the Midwest, you can't even compare the ferocity of Storms here, to the West Coast. Bam!!

Way worse weather in other parts of Texas. Greener, and more Lakes, but humid. Yikes. Why I live here. 3500 feet. Weather compares to Yucca Valley, but way more severe storm and tornado warnings.

One problem, they're going to turn that state blue. When it goes, it's all she wrote.
Yeah no kidding.
It kills me to watch liberals who turned a place like California into a shit hole then move out of said shit hole only to do the same thing in their new location.
We have the same problem where I live in eastern Pa. with New Jersey and NYC assholes. It’s like a fucken cancer.
