Pulling permits is way slow, especially for solar.

Really depends on the jurusdiction. City of San Diego is a mess, Chula Vista and San Clemente are closed, but most cities are on line and issue with no problem. My crews are still out. That said OP wasn't getting solar, he was getting a roof. Sempers subs wont pull a permit most likely.

Yikes, the State of Washington just closed down most construction, so we'll see what happens in Cali next:
