That's actually not what happened. They elected to get out of on-highway prior to introducing any DEF versions of their on-highway product. They actually picked a date in 2008ish and decided if they hadn't bought a truck manufacturer by then they would get out of the on-highway business. They tried really hard to buy PACCAR.

I also think with California's smog laws on diesel’s we are going to see some good deals coming out of there. Isn’t it something like any over 25k GVWR have to be smgged 4 times a year?
