I messed up my elbow a month ago and can’t do weights still. No planks nothing. It hurts for three days at least after. I’m going to skinny with no muscle. [emoji2959][emoji849]

That’s a bummer. At least you’re still on it. Ive been on the weight only program because of my knee. Finally gave in and going to the dr in the morning.

Yeah injuries suck. I’ve had some issues with bad tennis elbow that had limited me in the gym but I finally got it sorted out. I’m so grateful. What’s wrong with your elbow? YouTube is a very good resource for PT exercises for stuff like that

Seems like the effects of my second shot of poison have passed, thankfully. Took it easy today though and just did a bootcamp. Didn't want to overtax my system after I had run a fever for the past 24 hours.

We have a IC 6 spin bike and I keep stats when mt biking. Those are some pretty good numbers for feeling sick wtf? 177 max 143 avg.

Thanks! Felt great yesterday, but didn't want to overdo it. It was the day before that I was flat on my ass and felt like dog shit. 👍

Hard too explain... Bottom of my bicep at my elbow there is a pain in the shape of “V” around my elbow and back up. It’s definitely a tendon or muscle. Hurts to move after I lift. I’ve been babying it for probably a month. I’ll check out YT.

Did a F**k You 45 minute intermediate run today to see if I could keep pace with a 10:30 mile pace. Not even close. My legs are toast. Lol [emoji2369]

My son told my wife and my mom that he wants to move to Arizona. He’s over the masks... they required him to wear a mask at his golf lesson outdoors. [emoji2357]. I hope my wife seriously considers it.

Monday.... a little sluggish. Any runners know where I should try and keep my heart rate zone I through the intervals run? I never really paid attention, just tried to push my pace when I could. I’m sure I could be more efficient.

Yesterday was a good one. Funny because sometimes I feel like, "damn, I'm worn out" or "this ride is kicking my ass", but really it's because I'm pushing harder than ever. Only PR'd by 1, but I'll take it! 😁

I'll be doing Alex's live 20 Min New Tracks ride today at 5:15pm if anyone wants to join!

“Havasu circuit” between and during conference calls today. Shoulder, chest, back, squat and deadlifts. Up 2 workouts on my daughter with 11 days to go in the current contest. ;) I’ll need to pad the lead a little more. She’ll start doing 2 a days soon.. Turns out my IT band isn’t gonna let me jump on the bike anytime soon.

Check out “coach Eugene Teo” or “Ganbaru method” on YouTube. I’ve been following him for years and he actually provides the most useful content of any workout person I’ve ever watched. He does have videos on your issue that I have also used in the past with tennis elbow and they worked wonders.

Legs are heavy this week. Did M-W-F run and my legs still felt like dead weight throughout... not sure if I need to recover more or [emoji2369].

I definitely don’t have the stamina I had a few weeks ago...

I found an app that syncs my Apple Watch heart rate monitor to the peloton . It’s called HeartCast. It’s kind of a hassle, quite honestly I’m over Apple Watch not syncing with anything I’m trying to track. I don’t really want a separate device just for the bike to track heart rate, but I might just to make it easy.

Apple just makes everything difficult. [emoji2369]

Thought it was just me. I tried to make the Apple Watch work for running. Just flat out beat me down.

Finished up the latest family challenge with a Chest workout and then legs/core just to seal the deal.. (Well maybe). My daughter will usually double up on rides the last day. She’ll have to do 3 to tie which I’m going to say isn’t happening. I’ll take the victory. The next one starts tomorrow thru 4th of July.

Solid keeping up the workout on the holidays! If anyone is in Havasu and wants to catch a workout M-F for the next couple months I will be at the planet fitness at 8am and can have a guest for free! Hitting Weights, Circuits and some running!

Here’s my week… hit two PR’s [emoji106]

I was so freakin close to the beach for a work meeting today(I was in Laguna Beach). I wanted to run on the beach. I Had it all planned out and my meeting was canceled after waiting for 2 hours. It was too late in the day by then to get a workout in. [emoji3525]. Talk about a tease!!! I’ll hit the peloton tonight…

I did padded compression shorts and the seat pad. My taint didn’t appreciate riding.

Padded shorts for anything over 30min. Also I have been riding for years and would probably just say to buy a couple road bike kits to wear on all yore rides. It makes it a non issue.

I never had an issue with the OG seat, but Mr.DB wasn't having it. I ordered this and he's a big fan 👍
