What do you guys put on your corn?

Garlic salt, butter and pepper for me. What's everyone else using??

i'd say thats prob my default corn setup, but always roasted over coals, with the husks on.

sometimes when I'm doing a bigger gathering though I like to do the full mexican street corn spread. Mayo, chili powders, queso fresco / cotija, lime, etc

Boil them in water and butter then do final on the barbecue

I used to BBQ mine in the husk. Now I remove the husk, soak briefly in ice water, wrap in foil and BBQ. It gets a little browned that way and stays crisp.

I sometimes do season and butter before wrapping in foil, but the corn comes out more soggy, and not crisp.
