I would check HB Jeep and see what they have then negotiate from there. They had the best prices when we bought ours a couple years ago

44k otd would be a strong deal. Id cut to the chase and ask them for dealer invoice on the vehicle. That usually cuts out a lot of bs. Granted they probably have the ability to make up that also.

Expect to spend another 15-20k to get it like you want it. We call ours “the money pit”

THIS. Just order a basic as basic as you can get with the Dana 44 front and rear. You're going to end up replacing everything anyways!

I usually try to aim for 10%-15% below the MSRP as the OTD Price.
So @ $43,1115 I would offer between $36,650K - $38,800 Out the Door. You have to be prepared to Walk - They usually will chase you down, lol.

Send your wife with an kitchen egg timer. Sit down with a "manager" and tell them they have 45 minutes to get it done. Watch 'em sweat as the minutes tick down and they still haven't reached your price point. And as HB2 said "be prepared to walk." But I doubt that you will have to.
