Funny video. I see things like this every day and genuinely wonder WTF is wrong with people.
But...they owe it all to their parents. I was raised to learn/adapt/improvise and just generally figure it out on my own. It's an approach that has served me well.

Growing up in the 80's, I didn't have these items, and had to adapt or would have been left behind:

No cell phone
- amazingly, I still could find the parties and communicate with my friends just fine

No GPS
- we had to navigate with a Thomas Guide

No music download
- we had to get off our asses and go to the record store and interact with the general public

And I drank from a garden hose

44 years old and still going strong.
