Yes, but there is a type of this machine that uses a liquid resin and lazers or photo electric beams to solidify the resin. The mold people seem to us those machines. The finish on the resin machines is much better.

This is a Creality CR10 using 3D Simplify software. The work envelop is 19” x 19” x 19”.
