How many days/nights do the members usually stay. I use to go on a regular basis for MLK weekend, included the seafood festival.
After 4 day 3 nights my liver was threatening me with eviction. But I'm old so that is my excuse.

10 days in KW? That requires adequate previous experience, knowledge and just good common sense. You tend to get into the feel and what life is like in the Keys. It's the getting out of it that's the difficult part. I've spent as many as 30 days down there at a time. Even considered buying. Fortunately, I had local friends who let me know about things like property insurance. It was crazy expensive. But, some pay cash, roll the dice and not worry about it. Regardless, it's still a great place.
