Anyone know the drill here? Can I mount it on my house, or does i have to be curbside. My street doesn't really have a curb and I'd hate to have a post just waiting to be backed into... A wall mount mail box on the house would be easy.

On my street it has to be curbside and all the mail boxes are on one side of the street. Makes it easier for the postal worker so they don’t have to get out of there 120* tin can. There is also a height requirement.

I found this too, I know this is a generic deal on the USPS website, just was hoping for someone in town who has been down this road before

Thank You
Monkey see monkey do. What are the rest of the houses on your street like both sides or one side, but it’s going to be on the curb not at the house.

I was told my route in Havasu is a no walk route.
Has to be drive-up access.
South side of town/lake side of highway

Would it matter where you position the mailbox? I would suggest not putting in front of your favorite parking spot on the street. If a car is parked in the way , they have no problem driving right by your house Cause mailbox was “blocked “. If you have street parking, something to think about. Put in a spot that wouldn’t hurt you too much.
