Desert storm what is the better place to stay for activities days inn or Hampton inn no Boat

Days in is closer to the bars / Street Fair on Main St.... but Hampton is brand new and on the water. Depends what you want to get into I suppose.

The Hampton Inn and The Heat Hotel are about the only places I will stay in Havasu. Most others are Roach Motels
