Fairly new 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Granite throughout, walk-in shower in master shower, Jacuzzi tub in guest bathroom. Queen beds in Master and Guest bedrooms, bunk beds to sleep 4 in kids bedroom. 3 car 75' RV garage with room for inside boat storage of up to 35' in front of my boat, with boat storage in driveway as well. Ping-pong table, foosball table, pinball machine in garage, and WiFi.

$160 per night
$135 per night for three or more nights
Weekly rates and longer negotiable
$90 cleaning fee

FWIW, while I have not stayed there, I have been here for parties a few times and the pictures do not do it justice. Excellent house and a great deal at $150 per night IMHO...

Sounds like you may want a place in Parker if you're looking for something on the water. If you're looking for a place in Havasu, my house is available, but the boat doesn't come with the rental.

The wife wants to high tail it to warm weather during spring break instead of July. Still prefer to stay at Havasu and pull a trailor. Need a place to sleep 5. Nothing too big since our friends aren't coming now. What's your price?
