Bully, do you think these 35s are even reaching the point where their aero is lifting them? Watching the vids, they seem to be planted and not really flying. Just my thoughts of course...

All the specs Mercury advertised are correct.

At least 50+hp more
Really feel the 40% more torque

And only a smidge more fuel burn

400s burned 74 gallons today
450s burned 77 gallons today

About 7-10 mph faster on top

AWESOME ENGINE !!!!!

Absolutely ! Like any other tunnel once they get into the upper speed numbers they start packing. This one’s no different.

Every tunnel has a transition point from hydro to aero...this one seems to be seamless?

The two 35' Nordic's. At the same event. Same camp even. Sure would be a great to see a scientific evaluation to see how the new 450r runs versus the 400r.

Amazing pics. I’ve only been on a family houseboat trip as a kid. I gotta get out there with my family and do some boating.
Sounds like the performance is about expected. Pretty cool to see it come together.

It's really great that the two boats are at the same event. You are the only one who had driven both, but obviously not at the same time. Both Nordic and Merc should be real interested in the lab work being done. Also good to see you all have good weather for your "research"

Here’s Perfect picture of the 35 at high speed packing plenty of air, love being able to see straight through the tunnel.
