Shitty cell phone pics but all polished concrete floors, redwood ceilings and windows everywhere. Walnut and HPL cabinetry, radiant, solar thermal, HVAC and PV ready.

What if there is no stucco ?
Heres a pic of the last one it had two lids and one wall the rest was Hardi panel. The reason I ask is no matter what the finish is the stucco guy wrapps the building. Most stucco co won't do that, plus he buys me Sushi lunch every Friday.

Who does your low voltage and/or automation?

We do audio/video, lighting control systems, HVAC, security cameras, alarm systems, pool & spa, and out specialty is complete home automation. We only do high end homes. Would like to talk to you sometime if you have a minute. We are based in So Cal, but have clients all over the world, so travel is no problem either.
