Going to see kid rock in October...
Any of you been to any hotels there recently? Looking for recommendations...TIA

Most I know stay at the Aquarius or Harrah's. We personally stay at Harrah's when in town which was a long time ago.
Heard recently that there was a brawl on the casino floor at the Aquarius and one guy died due to injuries sustained.
Crazy world out there...

Boy do I miss the peel and eat shrimp at the Belle….. such good memories with pops there. I want to say I had my first underage beer there as well.

I would stay at the Tropicana. It’s close to the venue and I have always had a nice room there.

Stayed at Harrahs back in May and i wouldn’t recommend. Riverside or Tropicana would be my choices

Thats crazy to hear, Harrahs used to always be the nice place to stay.

It used to be River Palms. It’s between golden nugget and harras. Same ownership as Hoover Dam Lodge.

I got a room at New Pioneer. After concert I'll sleep in it 4-5 hrs and leave.

It's simply called Raider Nation!! Just look for the flat billed hats and knee high black socks!! You can't miss them, they're everywhere. It's a shame!!!

We used stay at Riverside, then Aquarius, then Harrahs, etc…seems they all go to shit after a while….the last few times we stayed there have been at the Riverlodge. They remodeled the casino floor and has a nice little store with coffee and pastries for the morning….and yes, we would park the boat on the top floor of the parking structure (entry to that level from street). I would then ask for a room with parking view and could see the boat.

Also walking distance to Golden Nugget for decent restaurants…Salt Grass steak house is good…the lodge also has a decent meal on the bottom floor lodge restaurant.

Trop has always been good to us. Although , I have been there on a few weekends when it has been full on cholo'd out.. never any issues though..
