I'll start.

late 80's pine flat. The Mandella



6 runs a day wore us out evidently. Trying to keep up with "the old man"-- How was it, he was never tired??
I was rockin' my "Canvas By Katin" (sp?) shorts.



Early 90's, living in So Cal still and skiing at Marine Stadium, after school.



Modern day (a couple years ago), giving my son a little wheel time behind the Sanger.. Great times!
And on a double dog dare, the fat guy got up and skied a bit... (5 cuts and done-- Hell-- I was happy to just get up..)

Yeah but not exactly...the tower of power Mercury 35hp was used to fly across the lake to get to the fishin' hole then the 3hp is used for trolling (so's you don't foul spark plugs by idling all day long).

This was a boat that ran ski races as well as marathon races. Many of the boats were muli purpose back then, even running at the drags for fun too.

About 1968 at Watts Barr Lake in Tennessee in my uncles 1963 StarCraft and we all learned to ski behind this boat.
That is me on the far side sitting down with my older cousin getting ready to hit the water.



The same cousin still has the boat in memory of his dad and takes it to the lake on special occasions.
I can't find the same shot from the late 60's but this was in 2006 or 2007 at our family reunion.

Here's one from around 88/89' I was 20 yrs old and just bought my first boat of my own it's a 19' Eliminator Sprint. I'm with my best friend at ELSINORE

The family race boat, ski boat, dive boat and the first boat I learned to drive. Spent many weekends at Cabrillo beach skiing or at Catalina diving and camping on the shore line back in '67-'73.

This might have been the first family boat my old man bought. As I recall he told my mom it was for fishing and water skiing.

first boat the tri hull was shaver lake i think about 78. i am in the bow this had a johnson outboard.The jetboat second pic was puddingstone in 79 my parents got tired of the outboard and wanted a bigger boat 3rd at lake powell i think about 88-89 we use to use it to ski all the time had that boat til about 2003.
