It can. Throw some fast food trays under the rear wheels, lock the e-brake and let the v-tec kick in. Add a few vodka cocktails and a bumpin system. Remove the doors for added pleasure.

yes they can, but total PIA.
you need to have the MSO from the MFG to do it.
much easier to plate in AZ and use around Havasu
