Well I should've been east bound and down pretty soon on our to Parker, but I'm standing next to my train in El Monte waiting to talk to the detective after we hit and killed a pedestrian.

Train coming the other way on another track? I saw a guy on a bicycle get hit by a freight train because if this. He never heard or saw it coming and it was not a pretty site.

had to be crazy or suicide. theres no way you cant see, hear, and FEEL a train horn, let alone the train itself.

You ok? How the hell do you deal with something like that???

I just had a guy in my district get hit by a train. Unknown circumstances, freight train and we got responded at around 3AM. I think he might have been a transient and UI but other than that....? Was very gruesome. I'll never forget it especially since I was up close next to him and also looking for the rest of him down the tracks.
Sorry you had to experience that.
