For years California has been the test bed for voter fraud. Take 2018 for example. Some how we are supposed to believe that Orange County a historically deep red county suddenly flipped to blue in the mid-term election even though the OC voted red during the 2016 presidential election. 2018 was the election that we started hearing terms like ballot harvesting, etc.
