Looking for a rental house

Wifey and I are looking for a house for a month or so in Havasu late Feb thru March 2020. I realize most have longer term snow birds in them but figured I'd give it a shot. We have stayed in Wet Hull's house a few times and really hoped to get it back but it's full, he said he would vouch for us if needed. Don't need much but boat parking would be a plus and I guess a pool would be a huge bonus.
