I have used Deanne Dahl for design work and consulting for city approval ins & outs. She is a whiz with the city for rules, statutes and navigating permits. She knows most everyone at the SC building department. She is in Newhall. Even if you don't plan to go the permit route, she is good. I think she subs out the actual construction architecture, but she is great at design and space management. I'll try to find her email or phone number.

I’m 100% confident she was at my house yesterday! Haha. She had great ideas. I was hoping to just get a few options before we pulled the trigger on someone.
