Looking to buy a boat. Would greatly appreciate any leads on finding one.
Thank you for your time,

I've looked at both of those boats. The first one is certainly worth considering. Not really interested in a outboard.
Pictures or price for Billy B's 22...Call Billy B...he has a beautiful 22 I/O for sale. Impressive boat

If you want the true experience of owning a schiada...you don’t buy an I/O, and you certainly don’t buy an O/B. V-drive!!I visited Billy yesterday and saw the blue 22, impressive boat.
That's an awesome boat there Wheeler. Who's is that?

FYI - That boat was originally built for Parnelli Jones. It was named "New Blue". It has seen a few owners and motor changes through the years. The transom has a third exhaust hole because the first twin turbo motor made a bunch of boost and instead of diverting it back to the tail pipes they made a separate wet pipe from the waste gate. I always liked that boat.https://www.boattrader.com/listing/1989-schiada-21-river-cruiser-103729635/
Blown 540, V-drive. 1989 $55K

Aren’t they all?Looks amazing, a little bird told me it will be expensive.
You mean 7.5 degree strut angle....what I am looking for....
Must be 1987 or newer. (For title reasons in my home state of NY) Blue & white, No reds, yellows or greens. V-drive, 10" manual cav plates, 8.5 degrees strut angle, real, genuine rub rail not capped. Blown/TT are ok, but not required.
You mean 7.5 degree strut angle....
My dad may be putting his up for sale soon. Not sure what he’s going to ask for it, but just going off of what these other guys think theirs are worth, I would say somewhere around the $1million mark! LOLI have no idea what the best strut angle is. I have read where the angle was higher for lower power, and less angle for high power.
If 7.5 degrees the the optimal, I will use that as the baseline in evaluating anything that I am considering buying. I would like for it to be the best all around compromise for power and speed. I don't desire to go more than 85-90 mph.
I don't want to take anything away from that boat, it is beautiful and I know hat it takes to re-do one of these things, but, where does it top out? I guess I'm just a little jealous that it is out of my reach. My dad may be putting his up for sale soon. I’m kidding about the $1million thing. It just makes me laugh what some of these people think their boats are worth.I don't want to take anything away from that boat, it is beautiful and I know hat it takes to re-do one of these things, but, where does it top out? I understood where you were coming from in your comment. I also understand the cost of custom rigging, motor packages and such, but boat prices in general are taking the "average" Joe that wants to have something "nice" out of the game. As long as the demand stays strong for new 6 digit boats the resale market will stay strong.I’m kidding about the $1million thing. It just makes me laugh what some of these people think their boats are worth.
This is the one I saw on the Facebook Schiada forum. Probably the Best Buy out there right now. Looks real nice and clean. My cousin put his 21' RC V-Drive up for sale for $35K. Has a 468 twin turbo built by Bill Dunsmore. Has new interior and looks good! PM me if you want his contact info
