Pulte!! We supply all of their new model homes in Las Vegas with our laser cut panels and shade structures. They are going non stop. their design firm contacted us for more work, maybe in CA??

we will see how it goes in June and beyond.. afraid May is burnt.

Pulte I believe owns American Richmond homes.

they build a lot in Las Vegas. recently acquired some acreage is near me and looks like they’re going to end up building at least 20 homes all of them on half acre starting in the 800K range.

This is in a very desirable southwest area where there’s not an enormous amount of excess of land like there is in the Northwest.

Why does all this have to be in PMs? Common’ guys post your contact info loud and proud. We do about 10 million a year in TI work and specifically need door guys, plumbers, sprinkler guys (which I see above) to bid work, but all others can get on our bid list. We have a lot of work In buildings around Calabasas, Pasadena, Burbank, N Hollywood.

Nope. Still going after over 50 years in the same building. Down to about 20 fitters and 5 engineers during these bad times. Hope to get back to 10 engineers and 40 fitters when this is over.

Thank you for the responses and messages. I haven’t been ignoring the thread; finally got to Havasu this weekend to have some down time for a couple days. Actually got to go to a restaurant last night and have some great food at Chabones.

I‘ve been busy traveling and Im still waiting on updated drawings from the hotel owners. As soon as I get those I will email them.

I appreciate the replies and PM's about the hotel project. We received updated drawings and need quotes from all trades on this project. Currently the drawings are getting reviewed before they go to the city for permits.
