somebody give me some links to the live stream and YouTube.. at a kids b day party and want to stream on phone!
whats the link or feed that the announcers are following? curious if about the water conditions to run a 18' Flat, SS-K but want to ask Bob Teague to talk about it. I'm on the youtube channel for viper communications but having issues. maybe a cell number for Bob to maybe talk about. I think it'd fun as hell to run this in a flat.
22' is the shortest boat that can run.
Did summer run Win's mystic yet?
yes,first run at 160 ish.
Did summer run Win's mystic yet?
No word on the 217. But yes Skater 36, 192mph, Flight Club Ron Skater 184mph & Tony C. M35 173mph.
I watched all day and all I can say is the pontoon run 114 :eek and the high speed I saw was 192. :rolleyesI swear I am gonna hire you for stats of these things..
I don't think so? That boat ran 3 times, 168 & two passes in the low 170s & Bob said the two names inside the boat, neither of which were Summer or Win.

This coverage is 500 times better than years past. The YouTube stream is awesome. Loving just sitting on couch and watching it like a football game.
Does anyone know what the new red m41 ran, I missed it.
Big Improvement from last year.
What was it last yuear....the "Pop Tarts" kept poppin up or some annoying thing like that...any way, It was far better.
Broadcast earlier said he was ok.Huge props to speedboat mag Instagram. They basically have every run on there. I've been using those links to bring friends in the loop all day.
Anyone have any news on the V driver who crashed?
Is there any word on American Ethanol's protest? Besides their DQ'd run at 217 does the 36 Skater have the fasted pass of the day @192?

Tony ran a good number and maybe I'm way off here but I thought that M35 with 1550's should've ran 180, no?
The water sucked, breeze in wrong direction, and humidity was shit but I still thought that power was better than what it showed today.
Actually 40 mph is relatively new. It used to be 30.I guess the rules have been in place a long time but I'll bet a 50 mph running start would help the big boats a lot.
Buck just ran 145 :thumbsup
Buck just ran 145 :thumbsup
What feed are you watching? The feed I am on is still waiting to do opening ceremony:eek
I was talking to Joe {Oldschoolboats) boats last night and was saying the same thing. The DCBs may not have as much tunnel compression or run as quick as similar powered Skater, bit damn the run fast enough and they are rock solid and stabile. They don't do anything funny at 170.When they interviewed Tony at the docks, before the run, he said they were looking for a mid-170s run, so I guess they were factoring in the water conditions, idk? But that same boat recently ran 180mph at Elsinore & that was a very short run, so it got up to speed extremely fast. Also, there was a 368 Skater 'Top Cat' with big PSI blowers that I thought was going to run 180+ but only went like 168ish. One thing I've noticed on the M-series DCBs is how straight & solid they run in the shootout. No weird slides or porpoise etc.... Just straight as an arrow down the course at 160-170+mph.....:thumbsup
