This is in rigging and should be done in the next 3-4 weeks. A perfect package with lots of room for family and friends with all of the HP you need in a nice open bow. We are building a lot of outboards and still a good number of our inboard boat as well. Stay Tuned...

Tony,
Is it a good thing for manufacturers like DCB that Merc decided to continue building the 700s?
Beautiful new 31

I’d guess that is the package that most of the aftermarket engine builders absolutely hated to see come back.

Great point. When I was at that point, the gap between 600SC and 1100's was just to large. 600SC too small, 1100's too costly and insurance prohibitive. 700's fill that gap nicely.
Mercury tried to do away with the 700 with the new 860. The price point was better but the gap was still a hard pill to swallow. The 700 coupled to the M6 is hard to beat with reliability and performance. Our 31 will run in the low 130's with a set of 37 pitch props. Such a perfect set up and hours and hours of dependable boating.

This boat is incredible. I'm really glad to see Tony posting more builds in here again. This is definitely my favorite section.
