Damn, Tony. The vacuum infusion process you guys are doing is impressive.
Is it an epoxy? Vinyle ester?
A separate thread in the fiberglass section would be pretty damn cool doing an overview of the process for folks who haven’t seen it. And hey, it’s green tech!

This one is vinylester resin, we have done a couple of 41's with epoxy.

We used one solid piece of Carbon through the bond line on the full cap. Since we infuse here at DCB, we can pull this off.

This is coming along perfectly and I will be delivering to Havasu the first week of August. It is about as loaded as any DCB gets. 100% Alcantara, custom side pod panels, Carbon seat back with lighting, Huge JL Audio stereo and LED speakers. Coolest and will be a pretty good running "deck boat"
