Building a M33 for Scott James. Liner is tapped and sprayed and first infusion is done.

Please paint the cowlings a little bit offset, just to match up with the gel. Like that Bimini you guys did on the FX28 a while back.

I've got a newb question @Tony DCB Boats ....

When you vacuum bag, does some of the resin come up inside of all those void spaces/ wrinkles in the "bag"? Do you have to sand/ grind all that off after the "bag" is removed? Would really love to see what's involved in the clean up process after the infusion is complete.

You're doing such an amazing job of showing your process. The level of craftsmanship is an art for sure.

So friggin cool that you can show us all the effort that's put into your product.

This is Infusion not vacuum bag, to answer your question no it will be all smooth, we have a few ridges from the spiral but its minimal.

Good morning JT... This one is getting delivered right after the show in Havasu. The owner does not want it there.

Understand their hesitation but you guys do a great job keeping people off the boats. The main draw for the show is to show off the newest hardware. It’s not for the $10 beers or toons.

This M-33 for Scott and Monica came out absolutely amazing... It doesn't happen often, but when it does, I let the pictures and the details do the talking... I am speechless and can not express how impressive our team here at DCB is and what we are all capable of...! Please look at ALL OF THE IMAGES
-Thank you!
