Stated this scenario in another thread. Mike Pence has all the power on January 6, 2021. I am all in for a “Shock the World” decision and the aftermath that will take to the streets. Patriot “GoTime.” The SCOTUS rejected to uphold the the Constitution in the Texas case nullifying the 12th Amendment Pence is expected to follow. Therefore, if the letter of the law means nothing, then the 12th Amendment means nothing for the interim. Declare Trump the President and effect the Insurrection act and start the military Tribunals with Hunter Biden as the first case. That is exactly what out forefathers would do in this day and age of corrupted Politicians and Legal council but I digress.
