Maha 360 binding options?

Yesterday it was mentioned to me that the Wiley's bindings I'm using on my Maha 360 are more of a lean forward ski racer style for wrapped up skiing.

If I'm skiing with a regular ol' bridle handle, and skiing specifically more slalom style, would I want different bindings/boots?

Thanks ahead of time for the input!

I have their front CBO binding and a rear slide in on my glass 360, and I just ordered their
Front and Rear “Hardcore High Wraps” for my wood 360. Thinking maybe that’s the wrong move? Or maybe not!?!

Thanks for the images. Those are just normal slalom (social) ski bindings and will work just fine on your 360.

Ski Race bindings look like this. They have crossover straps that buckle and the fit is very snug.

Those should be fine. I use Connelly Stoker bindings on mine, high wraps with no laces to fuss with.

I put these old HO Venom’s on mine and they are comfy. I also put the aluminum end piece I got from LB247XS on it for some bling.

My glass 360 is 69" long.

How many inches from the back do you mount your rear heal?

Also, Do you mount the front binding right in front of the back?

Currently, from my front foot heal to the back of the ski is 31-1/4". Then there is a 3" gap until my back front toe. I thought they should be practically touching?

From the back of the ski to my rear heal is 17"

Call Bob, typically he sets the heel of the front binding in a specified location, the rear binding as close to the front as possible, within a 1/2"
Bob will have a dimension for the front binding.

I would put the heel of the front plate exactly where Bob put the heel of the old bindings. Then put the rear plate as close to the front plate as you can get it just like the photo that Oldschool posted.

Hope this helps.
All the 69" skis I have access to measure about the same. The inside of the front binding to where the heal would rest is 31"-31 3/8".
I can get some more info if you need it.

Any 69" 360's?

What;'s your front heal to back of ski on your glass 360?
Yeah, my glass one is 69". 32" to back of the rubber, not actually where the heel would sit. If your feet aren't too large you may be able to try it out, but most bindings have almost 1" adjustment possible now too.

Bitchen Thanks! Sounds like 31-32" is the correct placement. 31.5" should work 😁

Recently upgraded my Wiley's to their "hardcore" high wraps, and I'm enjoying a more connected feel to the ski. The previous CBO "can't bend over" front binding and rear toe, were allowing for too much foot movement in the bindings. I'd like to try HO Animals some day, but I hear very mixed reviews of them.
