Jody has always skied on fiberglass 360's.

I recall years ago when his "disappeared" and he was frantically looking for another one to ski on. I think he has kind of a collection of the things to make sure he is never without one to ski on again, unless I am wrong. I know I would be unhappy if something were to happen to mine!

That one is sold. Let me check to see if I have another just like it and I'll post a couple pics. I can bring to Huntington Beach the nite before the race... will be in Avalon for the race.

Can U bring it to the CSR?

I checked and I have another bascially identical one. Actually a bit nicer but similar, only very very minor scratches on the bottom, nothing with any depth, and no dings at all - I can bring to Huntington Beach on Friday nite and you or someone can swing by to pick up. Maybe you can talk RiverDave (lives down the street from me) into bringing to the race venue but I cannot speak for him...

Let me know

Just curious, what is the difference between the wood and fiberglass ones besides the obvious? Weight/handling differences? I'd been looking for a wood one.

Back when I was skiing competetively I liked the wood better for chasing buoys. Just seemed to cut a little harder and I was able to go alot deep in the turns.

I prefer the fiberglass better for play skiing. When I wake jump and cross it up in the air it seems to land smoother and provide a better ride.

For me it was about feel... I cannot say whether it was the weight or the flex or what, but I felt the fiberglass skis just popped more when I jumped the wake and seemed to land softer. But note that there are different versions of each 360, meaning not all wood skis are the same weight/flex and not all glass skis are same weight/flex.... I believe there are at least 2 versions the glass ski, probably more than 2 different wood versions since there are many different woods that Bob used per customer request for lighter or stiffer or whatever ....

Hi Jody,
Is it in good shape? 70 inch, Mr M adjustble front, rear toe piece?
I would like one if it is in good shape.
Thanks,

Ted, this one is in great shape. Has the bindings you describe. It's missing the little rear cover piece which is just ornamental, doesn't seal the back or anything. See pics. Let me know if you want it and whether you can pick up in Carlsbad or need me to ship it.

FYI to everyone, this is the last one, I don't have any more I am willing to sell. Just the one I ski on and a backup.

I can have it picked up in Carlsbad. Or I can pick it up myself in Carlbad. I don't know how many lengths the 360 came in. Do you know how long it is? If it is 68 or over, I'll take it.

I've only come across the standard 70" version in fiberglass (this one is 70" or 69" depending on how you measure it). Bob has made many different length wood versions (I have a sweet little 64" wood 360) but I'm not aware of multiple fiberglass lengths. Unless you cut one.

I'm saving it for you. Just call when you want to pick up.

Jody

I recently saw in person a 360 "wake jumper" that was about 65" long. Because of the graphics on it, it appeared wider than a normal glass 360, but a quick check with the tape measure proved it to be exactly the same width.

I saw one on ebay that said 64" but then it said 69" someone else in the description... thats the only one I ever saw. I'm too big for that little 64 anyway ;)

I didn't actually measure length of the one I saw, but it was side by side with a "standard" length one.

Someplace recently I saw a photo of wood Maha doubles?????
