Who gets to pick the flag colors and stripe configuration? Is there like a transgender committee that had to like come up with the design and submit for approval? I mean pink and blue have historically been used to welcome a baby girl or baby boy, doesn't that alone go against their "no genders" stand?

Good observation.
The two colors together are symbolic of the blurring of the two sexes as well a signal of whom they're intended targets are.
It is a battle flag.

Determine who picked/programmed the historic use of blue for male, pink for female and you will find they are same ones with the same agenda that created this flag.
